Zoraida is a Social Worker with more than 9 years of experience working with diverse communities, women, children, and youth, coordinating campaigns and programs that advocate for gender equality, human rights and education. She co-created Multicultural Social Workers Australia (MSWA), which supports professional migrants in their journey in the social sector. Currently, Zoraida works as a Senior Project Officer at the Centre for Multicultural Youth. She coordinates different projects focused on employability for young refugees and gender equity for multicultural youth. Additionally, she is a member of the Regional Advisory Council in the North West of the Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC).
