About PreventX 2024
PreventX is the national conference for those who want to create change and prevent violence against women and family violence.
The PreventX 2024 conference, held on 19 and 20 March 2024, brought a fresh focus on how to frame and communicate primary prevention. Drawing from the extensive work related to values-based messaging, grassroots activism and advocacy, the conference showcased and built knowledge about how to craft messages that resonate and effect real-world, positive change. To amplify these voices and insights, we're thrilled to offer free access to all recordings from PreventX until 20 March 2025.
What to Expect
We were so inspired by the depth of expertise and rich discussions from prevention activity across the country that we wanted more people to know about it. For this reason, at Safe and Equal we’ve decided to provide open access to all of the PreventX recordings as we believe that primary prevention works and we wanted you to be able to hear about the real work being done across the country and the impact it is having.
With over 10 hours of content, including engaging panel discussions and thought-provoking deep dives, you'll gain valuable insights from leading experts and practitioners in prevention across Australia on how to message.
By accessing the PreventX conference recordings, you're not just accessing information – you're joining a movement dedicated to preventing violence and creating safer communities for all.
