Vahideh Eisaei is a dedicated advocate for multicultural communities, equity, and the prevention of violence against women. Vahideh has worked in family violence intervention including as a group facilitator for InTouch's Motivation for Change program, with Farsi speaking men. She has been working with multicultural organisations for migrant and refugee communities in Victoria on prevention of violence against women and family violence intervention at the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health. Vahideh has been part of advisory groups and leadership programs. She has been appointed as member of Victorian Multicultural Commission’s Regional Advisory Councils in 2021-2023. She currently works at MCWH and has been producing resources such as Podcasts for organisation on how to better support migrant and refugee communities.
