Julie lives on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people and is the Director of Julie Kun Consultancy, a consultancy that centres intersectional practice and social justice with an evidence-informed, action-orientated and compassionate approach to strategy, facilitation and design. Prior to establishing her own consultancy, Julie was the CEO of WIRE. Julie brings with her deep expertise in gender equity, family violence and gendered financial wellbeing. One of her proudest moments was leading the work that saw the world’s first family violence leave clause adopted into an industrial agreement. This landmark provision integrated industrial relations and the safety and well-being of victim survivors of family violence. Julie Is also the Chair of Gender Equity Victoria.
