Cassie is an accomplished leader and organisational consultant in the areas of inclusion, equity and diversity. Cassie has over twenty five years experience working across government, not-for-profit, education, private industry, and sporting organisations. She has worked for organisations such as Our Watch, Women's Health, Football Australia, Geelong Football Club striving to build the knowledge and capability of others to create safe, equitable and respectful places to live, work and play. Cassie is currently the Program Director at Champions of Change, working with the senior leaders in the Fire and Emergency Services across Australia and New Zealand as well as at Tennis Australia as their Gender Equity Specialist.
