Everyone deserves to live in a world where they are respected, safe and celebrated, and able to live and love freely. 

Drawing on the Rainbow Health Australia Pride in Prevention Messaging Guide, this panel will explore how to develop messaging with and for LGBTIQ+ communities that target the drivers specific to these communities. It will also unpack how this is inextricably linked to prevention of violence against women and gender equality, through a focus on transforming rigid and binary ideas about sexuality and gender.

This session will draw on practitioner experience to unpack what works best, and what lessons can be applied to deliver strong and effective messages that address the shared drivers of family and gender-based violence for everyone.
